embrace the camera- December 2, 2010

So today i break my blogging hiatus with an 'Embrace the Camera'.
cue the applause.
Off center:

"Jenna, where have you been? We have missed you so and have WAITED by the computer to see what one thing you post next!"

"I know, i know. DUH. I appreciate ALL of my fans but sometimes you just don't have Internet in your new house! Have no fear, little people. I am here. And i have Internet."

Lot's has been happening in this house these days. Traveling. Moving. Decorating. Working. Christmas-izing. Thanksgiving-ing. Running in to walls and tables and anything else. Pulling down ornaments and throwing them. Napping. being sickly. etc etc. you know how it goes. But life is good. And super snuggly these days.

shuper-duper chilly on Christmas Tree buying day. It is only right.

And this lil munchkin is so cute i could gnaw on him.

the purpose of embrace the camera is to pull yourself out from behind the camera and into some pictures with your kids/spouses/family members, etc.
one day, we won't be here, and all people will have are the memories we made (which are great)...but i also want to leave lots and lots of pictures for them as well.
and now....it's your turn. Visit this SUPA- DUPA cute blog to get more info and sign up!

here are the official rules:
1. take a picture with you and your kids/spouse/family member/pet/whatever.
2. blog about that picture and include a link to our blog, or grab our button.
3. link your blog post up on mr. linky here.
4. visit the other embracers...give each other lots of compliments about how good we look with our greasy hair and sweatpants on. cause yah, we need a little boost when it's been days since our last shower.
5. have fun!

LOVE your photos!! I also totally agree with this! I am ALWAYS the one behind the camera. Ah heck, if I gave my husband the camera (which I have...big mistake!), all he does is put it in his pocket. If I let him control the camera, we would never have any pictures to remember our vacations by. So here I am, and it's sad that I have to actually pose to get my picture taken. It's the candid shots that I love best!
