Does that title make sense? no.

I got inspired by this blog who did a FANTASTIC job planning and creating for her son's first birthday party with a WHALE theme. Cute as a button! check her stuff out! (I just found her in a google search)
I did find these adorable cupcake holders from The City Pantry:

I was at a 1-year-old's birthday party 2 weeks ago and she made crowns for the kids to wear out of felt & ribbon. You could make lion manes for kids to wear maybe … out of felt with elastic? Maybe some lion pictures printed out for kids to color (if there will be kids older than 1, obviously…) Roaring/purring contests? Crawling race?
so adorable!!
